Posted: 14 Apr 2011 06:13 AM PDT Peugeot will present at the show in Shanghai (21-28 April) the all-new concept car SXC, designed by local design center and equipped with a new hybrid scheme built from the 1.6 petrol. The Shanghai Cross Concept (hence the acronym SXC) reworks and develops the design language already used by SR1, BB1, EX1 and HR1, vehicles with reduced environmental impact that have helped to redefine the brand image through the use of a new front grille and bonnet, interspersed with a deep scratch. This prototype uses it as a hybrid platform that consists of the 1.6 four-cylinder version with 220 hp and an electric motor positioned in the rear, that emulate the operation of HYbrid4 while delivering a total output of 315 hp. This association allows the SXC to walk an average of 20.7 km / l with emissions of 143 g / km, in addition to the availability of four-wheel drive with electric motor that drives the rear wheels. |
Posted: 14 Apr 2011 06:08 AM PDT General Motors has released the first image of the Chevrolet Malibu sedan volumes you introduced to replace the four-door Epica. This car uses the Epsilon II platform of the Saab 9-5 and Opel Insignia, which is why it is risky to imagine the future presence in the range of four-wheel drive or high performance. The front profile shows a clear and obvious resemblance to the Cruze, mainly due to the presence of bipartite shield, while the latter introduces a new stylistic and uses the double headlights and square of the Camaro. The Chevrolet Malibu is marketed in over 100 countries and 6 continents. The presentation event will take place in New York April 18 and will be streamed on www.watchthenewchevymalibuinhd.com and http://media.gm.com/live. European Internet users can follow the presentation from 2:30 to 19 Tuesday, a few hours in advance of the official launch at the show in Shanghai. |
